automatically update category and tag links?

category and tag links do not update automatically if we change the primary hub. if a post/article item is opened and saved with the new primary URL the links do update... is there a way to automate this?

i find this is a major issue is we like to use extensively categories and tags - after the chance of the primary hub all categories and tags links will likely be dead links :-(
